Members of the Manitoba Mushroom Society may attend the workshops, meetings and forays for free. Non-members pay $10 for a workshop with exceptions noted in the workshop schedule and cannot participate in the Member Meeting or Forays. To become a member of the Society go to the Members page.

2026 February 16, "Darwin's Elves", and Meeting, VENUE TBD
Paul Kroeger, UBC Medicinal Mushrooms Biochemist, will present (via webinar) mushroom poisonings and how to avoid becoming a victim.
Meeting is free to MMS Members, $10 for non-Members. Free for UW students, faculty, staff (requires UW ID).
A "hybrid" option will be available for Members to join remotely via Google Meet.
Following the presentation, members will learn about Society status, help plan future meetings, workshops, forays, share and mingle.
